You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data and to receive a copy of that data. You can request this through your account settings or by contacting us.

Right to Rectification (Article 16)

You can correct inaccurate personal data or complete incomplete data. Most information can be updated directly in your account settings.

Right to Erasure (Article 17)

Also known as the "right to be forgotten," you can request deletion of your personal data when:

  • The data is no longer necessary for its original purpose
  • You withdraw consent (where processing was based on consent)
  • You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
  • The data was unlawfully processed

Right to Restriction (Article 18)

You can request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances, such as when you contest accuracy or object to processing.

Right to Data Portability (Article 20)

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. You can export your data through your account settings.

Right to Object (Article 21)

You can object to processing of your data based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.

Right Related to Automated Decision-Making (Article 22)

You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that significantly affects you. Our AI-generated insights are tools to assist human decision-making, not automated decisions about individuals.
